Department of Higher Education Speaker Series on March 26 at 5 pm

Dr. Willis A. Jones of the University of Kentucky will present the inaugural lecture for the the Department of Higher Education Speaker Series on March 26 at 5 pm in Bondurant Hall 204C.

Dr. Jones is an associate professor of higher education at the University of Kentucky. He holds a B.A. from the University of North Texas, a M.Ed. from the University of Arkansas, and a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University. His primary research program explores the economics, finance, and organization of intercollegiate athletics. Dr. Jones also explores questions related to college student retention, college rankings, Historically Black Colleges and Universities, student body racial diversity, and non-tenure track faculty.
